From then on, life in Judah reverts to the sort of conduct Manasseh sponsored, and nothing saves Judah from falling to the Babylonians in 586 B.C.E. The Babylonians deport anyone who is anyone, burn the temple, and demolish Jerusalem’s walls.
Blame for the fall of Judah is placed squarely on the shoulders of Manasseh.
