the Greco-Roman Period. Spring; 3 credits (L-I). Jewish literature from
350 BCE to 150CE. The Greek and Hebrew sources include stories,
religious poetry, wisdom books and apocalyptic texts. Readings (in
translation) from the Apocrypha, Pseudepigrapha, and the Dead Sea
Scrolls in their historical, cultural and literary setting. Crosslisted
