the rabbinic period in Judaism (2nd-7th century CE). Acquisition of
language skills to read Hebrew texts of this period, including Mishna,
Tosephta, and Midrash. Crosslisted with Jewish Studies and Religious
Studies. Prerequisite: Hebrew 202 or 324 or consent of instructor.
